has been dedicated to body conscious practice for over twelve years.
Multi disciplined, she has devoted much of her time studying different
aspects of yoga and Pilates. Her teaching style is eclectic. Her
technique is breath orientated, focusing on relaxing the body
through good breathing, precise mental attitude and a mixture
of static and fluid movements.

of Yoga and Pilates trained with Future Fit and progressive Modern
Pilates, Becky has developed a fascination with the whole concept
of the being, the body, anatomy and physiology; also the power
of the mind and its connection with the breath. By learning how
to discover, love and better manage the body and mind, we can
then centre our attention onto the spiritual level, connecting
and becoming empathetic to others and our surroundings.
Becky has
a warm, friendly, down to earth manner, she loves sharing the
delights that yoga and Pilates brings with those who join her. |
