Stepping into Summer with Revitalising Yoga
Sunday 13th June - Yoga Workshop, 11.00 - 14.30
I have put together a Spring/Summer 2010 treat for you all. A dynamic, stretchy workshop will be held on Sunday 13th June 2010 from 11am to 2.30pm. This will be a special day for taking care of one's self, boosting energy levels and confidence, to have some You time and to awaken and cleanse your body and mind with Yoga and Meditation.
All levels, all ages are welcome to join.

Jackson House, (opposite Chex clothes shop) Bexley High Street, Bexley, Kent, DA5 1AB.
The entrance is to the left hand side of Jackson House, behind Cameo Properties. Parking is in Thanet Road (behind The King’s Head Pub) or behind The George Pub (railway station parking).
