I have been attending Becky's classes regularly for the last year now and now benefit from a whole new outlook towards life. My stress levels and anxiety levels have reduced significantly. Each time i attend Becky's classes my yoga practice improves more and more each time which enhances my focus and breathing technique. Every class is a different experience and certainly enjoyable. This type pf practice is very non competitive which is perfect for me as i like to go at my own pace!. Becky's classes are easy to follow which makes home practice structured also. I would like to say that Becky's classes will be regrettably missed however I look forward to the next Yoga weekend in Seaford which was thoroughly enjoyable when I last attended.  Katy

'May I just say that I have previously suffered from panic-attacks and anxiety and that since attending your yoga classes, my breathing has improved, my state-of-mind seems very much clearer and my whole body seems far more relaxed. 'I first started Pilates about 4 (maybe 5!) years ago because I found I was starting to get an ache in my back from sitting at a computer all day. Within a couple of weeks it had gone and I have hardy even had a twinge since.  Emma
